Being a regular Trays & Fixture supplier to many furnace manufacturers and Heat Treatment Shops, we have a large inventory of standard patterns for base trays for almost all major furnace manufacturers. We offer various sizes of Base Trays for Normalizing, Sealed Quench, and Continuous furnaces. We design Trays for new applications alongside modifying the designs of the currently used trays for optimum service life in the most extreme applications. Trays are also available with built-in rail guides for Pusher-type furnaces. Reversible base trays with an in-built rail guide are also available.
These Heat Resistant Casting Trays are often cast in High Ni / Cr / Niobium Alloys such as HK, HT, HU, HN, and HX, etc. using green sand molding and Co2 processes, we also provide Exothermic Sleeves for risers so as there are no internal cavities left after material shrinkage.
